📦 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your home. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of in-store purchase or delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available in-store only within 14 days.

• If exchanging online, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale, custom orders, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Opened bedding, bath textiles, or any item with signs of use will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.

How to Return:

• In-Store: Bring your item and receipt to our Toronto location.

• By Mail: Contact us at admin@essentialhomewares.ca to receive return instructions. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
